What People Are Saying:

"Studying Structural Integration with Gravity Body Academy has changed my life. I am leaving with clarity, contentment and a much deeper level of understanding. I am energized, focused and more in tune with my body than ever before. Christa provided me with patience and grace. She was more than happy to answer any questions I had. She has put a lot of energy into this course and it shows through the all fine details. Gerald would be proud. If you are interested in taking the next big step to living a more conscious life, and helping others do the same, then I would highly recommend you learn this style of bodywork I am eternally grateful to Christa & Gerald Clark. Thank you for all the work you have done, and all the work you continue to do"

"I can state with clarity that they truly put their all into instructing, coddling, and providing an environment for learning and growing. The 5 week hands-on basic training course was at times intense, both physically and intellectually. There was so much to learn and experience as practitioner and client. You will experience the Mexican cultural when you venture into any of the surrounding towns and villages. I found them friendly and welcoming even though I speak almost no Spanish. Just to clarify a bit more about the Ten Series. I stated physically and intellectually intense. I am not suggesting that it was physically demanding to participate administering the techniques. The key being working with the client not on the client. Rather receiving a Structured Integration 10 series effects all recipients differently. The transformations are subtle change to the body as well as an awaking and a new awareness of the interconnection of the entire organism with is our body."

“I made it here to Jalisco in Mexico, to be with Gerald and Christa Clark. We’re doing a lot of good work here with Structural Integration. I’ve read all about it before and I couldn’t really find someone to learn from and here I find Gerald and Christa offering this course. I’ve been meaning to learn about Structural Integration for a while and I’ve been looking all around but in that part of the region in the Middle East its not available. So when I figured that Gerald and Christa Clark were offering it here in Mexico I could come, it was a dream come true! The work is amazing! I’ve been changing, my body has been changing. I feel that my structure is getting a little bit more aligned. It’s like rocks getting stacked on top of each other. They have been moving. And with that movement everything is changing, even perspective is being affected. Because every tension that was being held in your body is being released and you’re free to realize who you really are under all that tension. So its been great unraveling and I would call it all that makes you who you are, you’re unraveling that today by doing that work. I recommend that you come and get on for the next retreat. I’m sure you’ll love it!”

Gerald Clark: A Pioneer in Structural Integration

Gerald Clark was a passionate advocate of Structural Integration. This transformative practice changed his life, and he went on to impact hundreds of others through this healing art. He believed Structural Integration had the power to free up more energy, a concept central to his Equation 5A in his best-selling book, "The Anunnaki of Nibiru."

Structural Integration: A Transformational Experience
Structural Integration is a deeply transformative experience. Our bodies often carry feelings, emotions, and attitudes, which can be released in a more relaxed state. Ida Rolf called it the "Freight Train to Evolution," while Gerald Clark likened it to experiencing 20 years of yoga in your body.

What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is a technique aimed at organizing and aligning the body, enhancing overall functioning. Fascia, the connective tissue wrapping around everything in the body, is the focus. The goal is to create more space within the body, allowing for a more harmonious relationship with gravity. The 10 sessions address each body segment, identifying specific needs. Practitioners use their hands, palms, fists, forearms, and elbows to lengthen areas where fascia is holding tension. This process awakens the entire fascial web, making it more fluid, with gravity becoming the therapist and the bodyworker facilitating the change.

Benefits of Structural Integration:
  • Greater mobility
  • Deeper, freer breathing
  • Improved posture
  • Increased stability and lightness in the body
  • Enhanced body preservation
  • Activation of healing forces
  • Openness in body, mind, energy, and emotions
