The 5 week hands-on basic training course was at times intense, both physically and intellectually. There was so much to learn and experience as practitioner and client. He believed Structural Integration had the power to free up more energy, a concept central to his Equation 5A in his best-selling book, "The Anunnaki of Nibiru."

Rolfing: A Transformational Experience
Rolfing is a deeply transformative experience. Our bodies often carry feelings, emotions, and attitudes, which can be released in a more relaxed state. Ida Rolf called it the "Freight Train to Evolution," while Gerald Clark likened it to experiencing 20 years of yoga in your body.

What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is a technique aimed at organizing and aligning the body, enhancing overall functioning. Fascia, the connective tissue wrapping around everything in the body, is the focus. The goal is to create more space within the body, allowing for a more harmonious relationship with gravity. The 10-Series addresses each body segment, identifying specific needs. Practitioners use their hands, palms, fists, forearms, and elbows to lengthen areas where fascia is holding tension. This process awakens the entire fascial web, making it more fluid, with gravity becoming the therapist and the bodyworker facilitating the change.
